2. Products & Descriptions

All products sold on this website are canvas wall art prints. Each listing states the size (width x height in inches), the format (gallery-wrapped, framed canvas, or multi-panel set) and the finish. We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen calibration. Product images are for reference only and may not perfectly represent the physical item.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and you authorize the charge when you place your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order, which typically takes 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your shipping address and contact information carefully, as orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer may not be covered by our damage or return policies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from our US warehouse and are delivered within 3–5 business days within the United States. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or extreme weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will ship a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your art. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email sochdkdh@outlook.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships for a full refund. To cancel, email sochdkdh@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number.

9. Liability

PORMIPONE is not liable for losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, failed deliveries due to an unavailable recipient, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) concerned.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of PORMIPONE unless otherwise noted and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Privacy
