Will colors match what I see on screen?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 5–7 business days.
Do you ship during holidays?
We ship orders on business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently we offer standard shipping only (3–5 business days). We’re exploring expedited options for the future.
What carrier do you use?
We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and package size. You’ll receive tracking info once shipped.
What is the thickness of the canvas?
Our canvases use 3/4-inch thick stretcher bars for gallery-wrapped pieces and a sturdy canvas layer with a textured finish.
Is the canvas waterproof?
The canvas is not fully waterproof, but the textured finish offers light moisture resistance. For bathrooms, we recommend avoiding direct water exposure.
What frame materials do you use?
Framed canvas pieces use solid wood or engineered wood frames with a classic finish. Gallery-wrapped pieces have no outer frame.
What is the textured finish?
The textured finish is a light, brush-like surface coating that adds depth and an authentic hand-painted feel to the printed canvas.
Are your canvases UV-resistant?
Our inks are fade-resistant, but we recommend avoiding direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve color vibrancy over time.
What hardware is included for hanging?
Every canvas includes hanging hardware: sawtooth hangers or D-rings with wall hooks and nails. Multi-panel sets include hardware for each panel.
Do I need special tools to hang the canvas?
Basic tools — a hammer, level, and measuring tape — are all you need. All hardware is included.
How do I make sure my multi-panel set is aligned?
Each panel is individually marked. Use a level and measure the spacing between panels. We recommend arranging them on the floor first before marking the wall.
Can I hang the canvas horizontally or vertically?
Orientation is fixed based on the design (portrait or landscape). Check the product page for orientation details.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will appear in your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is free for orders within the contiguous U.S. We provide a prepaid return label.
Can I exchange an item?

Our canvases are printed with low-VOC inks and do not use formaldehyde-based adhesives. They are safe for indoor use.
Are your canvases flame-retardant?
Our canvases meet standard U.S. flammability requirements for wall decor. They are not highly flame-retardant but are safe for normal household use.
