You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return — for any reason. Return shipping is free for orders within the contiguous U.S.

How to Start a Return

1. Email sochdkdh@outlook.com with your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged.
2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. We process your refund within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
